Creating multiple accounts to claim a first-time bonus or to evade a ban is a violation that will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, with no refund of any remaining balance.

Processing times are 5–60 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for FPX bank transfers.

Vr88 reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Members who fail to complete the KYC process within 7 business days may have their withdrawals suspended until the process is finalised.

As a general rule, if a match is postponed by more than 12 hours or cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

If peaceful negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to a neutral arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of both parties. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties. This process does not prevent either party from seeking interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect immediate rights.
